Refund policy

For Ebooks and Audiobooks, as these are instant downloads and cannot be "returned", no refund can be given.

For print books, if you received a damaged/defective product, or if your book just plain never showed up, we can provide a refund or replacement within 30 days of the original order's shipment date.
